These Terms are between you (“Customer”) and Kaupr Limited (“Kaupr”), incorporated in England and Wales. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Kaupr is the Commercial Observatory of the Internet. The Service continuously monitors publicly available signals from commercial domains — technology infrastructure, payment methods, hiring patterns, founder information, and commercial trajectory — and preserves them as an immutable, timestamped record.
The Service includes:
You create an account with an email address. We authenticate via single-use sign-in links — no password is stored. You are responsible for access to your email account.
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Fees are shown at checkout and in the dashboard. VAT is applied per Stripe Tax based on your billing address. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. The 14-day trial period carries no charge; cancelling before it ends incurs no fee.
If you are unsatisfied within the first 14 days of a paid plan, email hello@kaupr.com and we will review your case.
The observatory index, signal database, intelligence layer, and derived analytics are Kaupr’s intellectual property. You receive a non-exclusive licence to use them for your internal business purposes during your subscription.
The underlying public signal data (domain technology signals, DNS records, job listings, etc.) is sourced from public sources and is not owned by Kaupr. Kaupr’s ownership claim applies to the compilation, enrichment, structuring, and intelligence derived from that data.
Kaupr crawls publicly available commercial signals. If you represent a company that appears in the observatory and wish to correct or remove your record, submit a request at kaupr.com/merchants/removal. We will review all requests within 30 days. We do not remove accurate, lawfully obtained public commercial information on request alone, but we will correct inaccuracies and honour legitimate legal removal obligations.
The Service is provided “as is”. Intelligence data is directional and based on publicly available information — it is not a substitute for your own due diligence, legal, or financial advice. Kaupr makes no warranties about completeness or accuracy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kaupr’s liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim arose.
You may cancel at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where practicable.
These Terms are governed by English law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.
