The short version

Kaupr earns a commission when you buy something through a link on this site. It does not cost you anything extra. We do not let commission rates influence which products we feature or how we rank them. If a product is recommended, it is because the data shows it answers your search — not because someone paid for placement.

How Kaupr works

Kaupr indexes products from thousands of independent online retailers worldwide, enriches the data so AI assistants and shoppers can find what they actually mean, and routes you to the merchant’s own store to complete your purchase. When you click a “Buy at…” link, you go directly to the merchant’s site. The merchant ships the item, processes payment, and handles customer service. Kaupr is the discovery layer — not the seller.

How Kaupr earns money

Most purchases routed through Kaupr generate a small commission paid by the merchant’s affiliate programme. We work with established affiliate networks including Awin, CJ Affiliate, ShareASale, and Impact, plus a growing list of direct merchant relationships. Commissions typically range from 3% to 12% of the order value depending on the merchant and category. You pay the same price you would pay if you went directly to the merchant’s site.

What this changes about our recommendations

Nothing. To be specific:

• Search and ranking are determined by relevance to your query, product data completeness, and availability — not by commission rate.
• Merchants cannot pay for placement, sponsored listings, or preferential ranking. There is no “sponsored” tier.
• If two products are equally relevant and one earns us a higher commission, our systems do not know about that distinction at ranking time.
• Buying guides and editorial content are written without reference to which merchants pay better commissions.

What you should still do

Read reviews. Check return policies. Verify shipping costs and timelines for your country before checkout. We surface this information where it is available, but we do not run the merchant’s store and cannot guarantee fulfilment, returns, or post-purchase service. Those are the merchant’s responsibility.

Tracking and cookies

When you click a “Buy at…” link, an affiliate tracking cookie is set so that the merchant’s system can attribute your purchase to Kaupr. We do not use this cookie to track you across other websites. See our privacy policy for full detail.
